  • Identify leads. Prepare pitch proposals.
  • Sourcing prospective clients through necessary Market research. 
  • Schedule audio/video conference with potential clients to showcase company’s products & Services 
  • Generating new sales channels. Meet the sales target set by the management 
  • Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships. 
  • Conducting sales calls and closing the leads. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills.
  • Should be able to understand Market Research Industry


  • Should be a Graduate (Any)/BE/MBA with minimum 6months - 2 years of experience in Business Development/ Cold Calling / International Sales /BPO (voice process)
  • Should have worked in night shift before and should be open to work in future as well.
  • MBA Fresher with excellent communication skill will also be considered.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • Must be a result oriented person who will be able to achieve targets.
  • Must be willing to work in Night Shift.
  • Ability to work independently and in team.
