Torque is a force that makes an object rotate around its axis. Measuring torque of a rotating object like crankshaft, engine, gearbox and others can be done using torque sensors. Static and dynamic torque sensors are its major two types. These are used according to the torque required to measure. Static torque and dynamic torque are distinguished on basis of acceleration.
