Biophotonics is the combination of Photonics and biomedical science. It deals with the production and utilization of photons through light energy (source) to detect or manipulate biological materials. In Biophonotics, photons plays key roles wherein photons are harnessed are utilized to create complex vision images. Biophotonics is a light based technology which helps in providing solution to global challenges such as increasing health issues, diminishing energy and decreasing crop production.
